Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at soyregiaoficial@gmail.com or @soyregia on instagram and send your item to: PO BOX 2227 Cypress, Texas 77410

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee received the order to give to him or her later, we will issue a refund to the giftee and he or she will find out about your return.

We use UPS and USPS as our delivery carriers. Shipping rates start at $3.99 and delivery takes 2-4 business days. FREE Shipping not available. Shipping times may be affected by holidays and other factors.

Tracking numbers will be provided after your package leaves our facility.

Lost/stolen packages
Soy Regia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you should contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. No price adjustments will be made on previous sales.
